| Cynthia Napier is a Certified Deaf Interpreter residing in New Mexico. She is a late-deafened sign language interpreter who has worked in the field of interpreting since 1981. She has worked as both a hearing interpreter and as a deaf interpreter later becoming an RID CDI. She is a member of the NCIEC Deaf Interpreter Work Team. She currently works as a freelance interpreter and with Signs of Development promoting their products. She has developed several projects to enhance the interpretation skills of interpreters working in the legal, educational and community settings as well as deaf adults desiring to become CDIs. |
