| The
NAOBI 2008 Conference Committee is currently seeking
certified (RID or NAD) interpreters for our 11th
Annual Professional Development Conference. To be
considered, please submit the following to the Interpreter
Coordinator, Sharon M. Mendes, by Friday, February
1, 2008: |
- Cover letter of interest
- A copy of your resume` (emphasizing
your conference experience).
- A copy of your current certification
certificates
- Photo (headshot) and biographical
sketch for inclusion in the program book (250
words)
- Submit a video or DVD with
a sample of your work
|
| All
full-time Interpreters will receive the following
compensation: |
- Payment of $820 ($42/Hour) for the conference
- Complimentary conference
registration: workshops, activities, and designated
meals
- Shared lodging or two nights
free--single occupancy
- Travel expenses reimbursed
up to $250.00
