Responsible for assessing the needs of deaf and hard of hearing patients and providing assistance by interpretation of consent forms, diagnoses, discharge plans and any other type of patient-related information. Coordinating services for Deaf patients in various hospital encounters. Candidate should be highly motivated and a self-starter. Willingness to work with a great team. Responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to patients, providers and hospital employees. Candidate must have a strong ability to interface with all Hospital personnel and must demonstrate strong teamwork skills. |
