| Based out of our Boston office, this position is responsible for the supervision of all interpreter/CART referral staff and the overall operations of the referral department and related activities. The incumbent of this position will provide advocacy, training and technical assistance related to interpreter and CART issues; evaluate interpreter/CART referral activities in order to determine progress and effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement; and participate in the recruiting, training and monitoring of freelance interpreters and CART reporters. This position is also responsible for assisting in training and monitoring of computerized referral program and reporting to management on activities, data and results related to Interpreter/CART referral. |
