Instead
of typing, the Deaf Consumer can use his/her native
sign language.
Deaf Consumers web camera attached to her
computer will capture her image & send it live
over the Internet using Deaf Consumers phone
line. Her image will appear on the Video Relay Interpreters
computer screen. [Yellow arrows]
The reverse is true. [Green arrows]
The Consumer and the Interpreter are filmed by their
web cameras. Each one can see the other on her computer
screen. |
